It looks like about half of us are staying in the hotel and half are local enough to go home to sleep. For those staying in the hotel, there is a free hot breakfast served, plus your rooms are fully equipped with complete kitchens. There is no restaurant in the hotel.
For lunch on Saturday and Sunday, we'll need to go out. There are quite a few places to eat in the vicinity - there is a Subway and a Mexican place across a parking lot and other places nearby. You can bring a lunch with you, eat out, or get food and bring it back into our main room to continue to hang out there.
We will have some snacks and the hotel has coffee and water available all the time. If you want to contribute to the snacks, that would be great. No peanuts or popcorn please!!
We will be having a potluck on Saturday evening for dinner so please bring something to share for that!
Perhaps those not staying in the hotel could use the refrigerators and microwaves or stoves of some of those who are staying in the hotel? Please just ask Cindy Castro, Joanna Murphy, Katheryn Culwell, or me and we'll help you find an in-hotel person willing to lend you some fridge space and/or heating up options.
Again, please don't bring anything with peanuts!
