Ready to Register?


Their parent or guardian must print and fill out a Medical Release Form and send TWO copies with you to the campout.

YOU must provide the campout host with one copy of the Medical Release Form signed by their parent or guardian. Don't forget this if you decide later to bring someone else's child with you.


Cancellations made at least two weeks before the campout may be eligible for a refund, minus a nonrefundable $15 fee. Refunds will be given only if we are able to offer your registration to someone else. Refunds are by check only and may take 4-6 weeks to process.

List all of your family members on the form.

Do not add people who are NOT your family members. 

During the registration process you will be asked to answer a few questions. If you are registering multiple people, just answer the questions for the first person and then skip them for subsequent people.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover cards only. No checks.

I have read all of the above information carefully, made sure my HSC membership extends through the campout period, and all my family members are listed under my HSC membership.
